1) So what separates Critique Pro's from the rest?
Experience and adaptation. All circumstances are different, as well as, each individual shop situation. Our staff at Critique Pro's will not only follow the specified criteria laid out by the establishment, we will also provide detailed observations of what occurred during the shop.

2) What is the fee structure?
Services can be one-time, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Fees are based on each individual establishment's needs, ranging from basic (using an existing format) to customizing a report to fit your business criteria. Services for hotel overnight stays, restaurants and bars will start at $50 (flat fee) with room, food and beverages covered by the establishment.

3) So why do I need this service?
We realize proprietors can't be in their establishments 24 hours a day. Our service provides a detailed report of what is happening while you're not there. The report can be used to research potential issues, as a training tool, or to weed out inappropriate behavior and poor customer service. It is also a way to check your product's consistency and track progress being made by your staff.

4) What will this shoppers report evaluate?
Service, Sales Techniques, Food and Beverage Quality, Product Knowledge, Handling of Cash Receipts, Adherence to Policies and Procedures, Cleanliness and Sanitation, Telephone Etiquette.

5) Do I have a say in what happens?
Before all shops, Critique Pro's will discuss the needs and wants of the establishment's ownership and management team. Once that occurs, the basic report will then be adapted to your business. After the shop you will have the opportunity to make changes and recommendations to the report. These changes will then be addressed in the next report.
